Our Ore Dock design is a symbol of strength, endurance, and a resilient heart.
INTENTIONAL ENERGY: Using art as therapy, I created each design with intentional energy behind it. These infused intentions can be used as a reminder to claim the purpose behind each product when used, or as energetic space to claim your own intention. Once the heart of Marquette’s economy, the old Ore Dock in downtown Marquette remains a symbol of hard work, and the foundation Marquette was built on.
The Lower Harbor Ore Dock in Marquette is a reminder of the iron ore mining and maritime industry, once used to load ore onto the lake freighters. The first ore dock ever built for the iron industry was built in Marquette, Michigan in 1857.
